Sales Executive - IP Consulting (Remote - India | Full -Time)

Who Should Apply (Read Carefully)

Apply only if you believe that honesty is non-negotiable — even when it:

  • Costs a deal

  • Delays revenue

  • Makes a conversation uncomfortable

You are comfortable saying:

  • “We may not be the right fit for you.”

  • “This might not benefit your business.”

And you genuinely believe that long-term trust compounds more than short-term commission.

If this sounds dramatic, this role will not be a good fit.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn and calls

  • Initiate thoughtful, honest conversations

  • Understand business and IP needs clearly

  • Work closely with founders to close right-fit engagements

  • Build relationships, not pressure pipelines

You’ll learn IP consulting on the job. We’ll guide you — but integrity, curiosity, and courage must come from you.

  • Comfort with client conversations and calls

  • Practical use of LinkedIn (not just scrolling)

  • Ownership and accountability

Education

No specific degree required. Strong communication, judgment, and learning ability matter more than formal qualifications.

Work Style

  • Outcome-driven, not clock-driven.

  • Flexibility is expected on both sides, especially for client conversations.

Compensation

💰 ₹2.5 – 5.0 LPA (Fixed) + revenue-based incentives

Transparent. Fair. Performance rewarded.

If your honest expectation is significantly higher, this role may not be aligned — and that’s completely okay.
